Marginal note:Stealing stamp or seal

32 Every person who steals any stamp, seal, label, tag or marker issued for the stamping, sealing, labelling, tagging or marking of a meter pursuant to this Act

• (a) is guilty of an offence punishable on summary conviction and liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both; or

• (b) is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years.
