35 (1) Except in such circumstances as may be prescribed, no goods shall be released under subsection 32(2) or (4) or section 33 until such deposits, bonds or other security as may be prescribed is given, and any goods that are released under those provisions shall be released subject to such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.
Marginal note:Obligation to satisfy terms and conditions
(2) If a deposit, bond or other security given under subsection (1) is subject to terms and conditions prescribed by regulations made under paragraph 166(1)(b), the person who has given the deposit, bond or other security shall satisfy those terms and conditions.
