60 The by-laws of an Indian Act Cree band listed in subsection 12(1) that are in force immediately before the coming into force of this Part remain in force on the territory of that band’s successor band described in section 6 for a period of one year after the coming into force of this Part, unless repealed during that period pursuant to this Act.
