• 258 (1) Subject to subsection (2), the request for a review does not suspend the operation of an order.

  (2) The Tribunal may, on application made by a person subject to the order before the beginning of the hearing, suspend the operation of the order if the Tribunal considers it appropriate in the circumstances and, in that case, impose on all the persons subject to the order conditions that are reasonable in the circumstances and consistent with the protection of the environment and public safety.

  (3) Where the operation of an order is suspended under subsection (2), the period for which the order is issued is suspended until the review is completed.
