Marginal note:Remuneration

  •  (1) Members of the Tribunal are to be paid the remuneration that is fixed by the Governor in Council.

  • Marginal note:Expenses

    (2) Members of the Tribunal are entitled to be paid

    • (a) reasonable travel and other expenses incurred by them in the course of their duties under this Act while absent from their ordinary place of work; and

    • (b) any other reasonable expenses incurred by them in the course of their duties under this Act.

  • Marginal note:Accident compensation

    (3) Members of the Tribunal are deemed to be employees for the purposes of the Government Employees Compensation Act and to be employed in the federal public administration for the purposes of any regulations made under section 9 of the Aeronautics Act.

  • Marginal note:Public Service Superannuation Act

    (4) Full-time members of the Tribunal are deemed to be employed in the public service for the purposes of the Public Service Superannuation Act.
