Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour, pursuant to section 10 of the Government Employees Compensation Act, is pleased hereby to approve the annexed Regulations for determining the place where a government employee is usually employed, made by the Minister of Labour.Short TitleThese Regulations may be cited as the Government Employees Compensation Place of Employment Regulations.Place of EmploymentFor the purposes of the Government Employees Compensation Act, the place where an employee is usually employed is the place where the employee is appointed or engaged to work.
