Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to paragraph 9(b) of the Territorial Lands Act, is pleased hereby to make the annexed Order waiving the reservation to the Crown with respect to certain territorial lands in the Northwest Territories.Short Title

1This Order may be cited as the Reservation to the Crown Waiver Order, 1986, No. 2.

Waiver

2The reservation to the Crown set out in paragraph 9(b) of the Territorial Lands Act is hereby waived with respect to a grant of the territorial lands described in the Schedule.

SCHEDULE(Section 2)The whole of Lot numbered 278 in the Hamlet of Eskimo Point in the Northwest Territories, as said lot is shown on a plan of survey of record number 66305 in the Canada Lands Surveys Records at Ottawa, a copy of which is filed in the Land Titles Office for the Northwest Territories Land Registration District at Yellowknife under number 1341.
