(soja)ApplicationThis Order applies only to the marketing of soya-beans in interprovincial and export trade and to persons and property situated within the Province of Ontario.LeviesEvery producer shall pay to the Commodity Board, in addition to the licence fees set out under the Plan, levies at the rate of one dollar per tonne of soya-beans sold by the producer or on behalf of that producer.SOR/89-81, s. 1Method of PaymentEvery producer shall pay to the Commodity Board at its office, 175 Keil Drive South, Chatham, Ontario, all levies payable by him pursuant to section 4 not later than the 15th day of the month following the month in which the soya-beans in respect of which levies are payable were sold.
