His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, is pleased hereby,pursuant to paragraph 13(b) of the Territorial Lands Act, to order that any portion of the lands described in the schedule hereto lying within 30.48 metres (100 feet) of the Ordinary High Water Mark of Great Slave Lake in the Northwest Territories be included in the sale of the said lands; andpursuant to section 14 of the Territorial Lands Act, to order that any portion of the lands described in the schedule hereto lying below the Ordinary High Water Mark of Great Slave Lake in the Northwest Territories be included in the sale of the said lands.The whole of Lot numbered 11 in Block lettered E in the City of Yellowknife in the Northwest Territories, as said lot is shown on a plan of survey of record number 73520 in the Canada Lands Surveys Records at Ottawa, a copy of which is filed in the Land Titles Office for the Northwest Territories Land Registration District at Yellowknife under number 2178.
