His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph (c.1)* of the definition appropriate Minister in section 2 of the Financial Administration Act, is pleased hereby*S.C. 1992, c. 1, s. 69(2)(a)to revoke Order in Council P.C. 1993-1452 of June 25, 1993**; and**SI/93-106, 1993 Canada Gazette Part II, p. 3198(b)to designate the Minister of Communications, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the appropriate Minister with respect to the National Battlefields Commission for the purposes of the Financial Administration Act.
