Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act, hereby transfers from the Public Service Commission to the Canada School of Public Service, effective April 1, 2004, the control and supervision of those portions of the public service in the Public Service Commission known as Language Training Canada, and Corporate Services (commonly known as Integrated Services) within the Learning and Development Programs Branch, except for those portions carring out the powers, duties and functions of the Public Service Commission under paragraph 5(a) and sections 6a, 8, 35b, 37c and 41d of the Public Service Employment Act.aS.C. 1996, c. 18, s. 14bS.C. 1999, c. 31, s. 185cS.C. 1992, c. 54, s. 24dS.C. 1999, c. 31, s. 186
