1This Order may be cited as the C.N.R. Company Exemption Order.

Exemption

2The Canadian National Railway Company is hereby exempted from the application of subsection 10(2) of the Official Languages Act in respect of services provided or made available by it to the public, other than to the travelling public, at places elsewhere than in Canada.
