MINIMUM VENTILATION REQUIREMENTS FOR CHANGE ROOMS, TOILET ROOMS AND SHOWER ROOMS

10.1 In this Part,

“airborne chrysotile asbestos”: “airborne chrysotile asbestos” means airborne fibres longer than 5 micrometers (µm) with an aspect ratio equal to or greater than 3:1; (fibres de chrysotile aéroportées)
“hazard information”: “hazard information”, in respect of a hazardous substance, means information on the proper and safe storage, handling, use and disposal of the hazardous substance, including information relating to its toxicological properties; (renseignements sur les risques)
“product identifier”: “product identifier”, in respect of a hazardous substance, means the brand name, code name or code number specified by the supplier or employer or the chemical name, common name, generic name or trade name; (identificateur du produit)
“readily available”: “readily available” means present in an appropriate place in a physical copy form that can be handled; (facilement accessible)
“supplier”: “supplier” means a person who is a manufacturer, processor or packager of a hazardous substance or a person who, in the course of business, imports or sells a hazardous substance. (fournisseur)
