Federal-Provincial Fiscal Arrangements Regulations, 1999

  • 2. (1) Subject to subsection (2) and section 24, these Regulations apply to payments or contributions that may be made under Parts I, II and IV of the Act for a fiscal year beginning on or after April 1, 1999.

  • (2) Subparagraphs 8(1)(a)(i) and (b)(i) do not apply to the fiscal year beginning on April 1, 1999.
