Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minster, pursuant to the definition “Minister” in subsection 2(1) of the Air Canada Public Participation ActFootnote *, is pleased hereby to designate the Minister of Finance, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
