Order Establishing a Canadian Cultural Property Export Control List

SHORT TITLE

1. This Order may be cited as the Canadian Cultural Property Export Control List.

APPLICATION

2. This Order applies only to an object that is 50 or more years old and was made by a natural person who is no longer living.
