1. These Regulations may be cited as the Air Cushion Vehicle Regulations.

2. In these Regulations, “air cushion vehicle” means a machine designed to derive support in the atmosphere primarily from reactions against the earth’s surface of air expelled from the machine.

3. Commercial air services provided by means of air cushion vehicles are excluded from the operation of Part II of the Aeronautics Act.
