Marginal note:Administrative expenses

• 20 (1) From and out of its funds, the Foundation may pay salaries and wages of its officers and employees, rent for its accommodations, remuneration for its directors and agents, reimbursement to the directors and members for their reasonable expenses, and other costs and expenses of carrying on the business and affairs of the Foundation.

• Marginal note:Duty to keep costs low

  (2) The Foundation shall make every effort to keep the costs and expenses of carrying on its business and affairs as low as reasonably possible.
