Marginal note:Board of Directors

7. The affairs of the Foundation shall be managed by a Board of Directors, in this Act referred to as the "Board", consisting of a Chairman and not more than thirty other directors appointed in accordance with this Act whose background or experience would assist the Foundation in the fulfilment of its purpose.
