His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 92(2) and section 463 of the Cooperative Credit Associations Act*, is pleased hereby to make the annexed Regulations prescribing the maximum fee that an association may charge for a security certificate issued in respect of a transfer, effective June 1, 1992.*S.C. 1991, c. 48SHORT TITLE

1.These Regulations may be cited as the Security Certificate Transfer Fee (Cooperative Credit Associations) Regulations.

MAXIMUM FEE

2.An association may charge a fee not exceeding five dollars for a security certificate issued in respect of a transfer.
