format-ref="indent-1-0"><Label>88.</Label><Text><DefinedTermEn>Witless Bay Area</DefinedTermEn> means the waters of the Province adjacent to that part of the coast in the vicinity of Witless Bay, in the district of Ferryland, from Witless Bay Point to the lower part of Lower Red Cove.</Text></Provision></Provision><Provision list-item="yes"><Heading level="2"><TitleText>Woodstock and Pacquet the coast in the vicinity of Woodstock and Pacquet in the district of White Bay from Cape Hat on the north to Seymour’s Island on the
