His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 463(1)a and section 487.14b of the Cooperative Credit Associations Actc, hereby makes the annexed Exemption for Public Notices or Documents Regulations (Cooperative Credit Associations) Regulations.aS.C. 2005, c. 54, s. 208bS C. 2005, c. 54, s. 212cS.C. 1991, c. 48INTERPRETATION

1.In these Regulations, Act means the Cooperative Credit Associations Act.

EXEMPTION CIRCUMSTANCES

2.For the purpose of section 487.14 of the Act, the prescribed circumstances are that the exemption does not prejudice any of the members or the shareholders or the public interest.

COMING INTO FORCE

3.These Regulations come into force on June 1, 2011.
