Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 978a of the Bank Actb, hereby makes the annexed Material Banking Group Percentage Regulations.aS.C. 2005, c. 54, s. 135bS.C. 1991, c. 46PRESCRIBED PERCENTAGE

Prescribed percentage1.For the purposes of subsection 508(2) of the Bank Act, the percentage is 35%.

Prescribed percentage2.For the purposes of subsection 508(3) of the Bank Act, the percentage is 50%.
