Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to paragraph 34(1)(b) of the Customs Tariffa, hereby makes the annexed General Preferential Tariff Withdrawal Order (Republic of Belarus).aS.C. 1997, c. 36WITHDRAWAL OF ENTITLEMENT

1.Entitlement to the benefit of the General Preferential Tariff is hereby withdrawn in respect of all goods that originate in the Republic of Belarus.

EXCEPTION

2.Section 1 does not apply to goods that were in transit to Canada before August 1, 2007.
