His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to paragraph 13(b) of the Territorial Lands Act, hereby orders that any portion of the lands described in the schedule hereto lying within 30.48 metres (100 feet) of the Ordinary High Water Mark of Niven Lake in the Northwest Territories be included in the sale of the said lands.The whole of Lots numbered 1078 and 1083 in Quad numbered 85 J/8, Yellowknife, in the Northwest Territories, as said lots are shown on a plan of survey of record number 77053 in the Canada Lands Surveys Records at Ottawa, a copy of which is filed in the Land Titles Offices for the Northwest Territories Land Registration District at Yellowknife under number 2546.
