**His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the definition Minister in section 2 of the Cultural Property Export and Import Act, is pleased hereby(a)to revoke Order in Council P.C. 1993-1453 of June 25, 1993*; and*SI/93-107, 1993 Canada Gazette Part II, p. 3199(b)to designate the Minister of Communications, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.**[Note: S.C. 1995, c. 11, s. 46, provided that every reference to “Minister of Communications” be read as “Minister of Canadian Heritage”, effective July 12, 1996.]
