Whereas the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission rendered Decision CRTC 86-1185 on December 10, 1986, approving the application of Radio Beauce Inc. for a licence to carry on a broadcasting undertaking (FM radio service);Whereas, subsequent to the rendering of Decision CRTC 86-1185 the Governor in Council received a petition requesting that the said Decision CRTC 86-1185 be referred back to the Commission for reconsideration and hearing;And Whereas the Governor in Council, having considered the petition, is of the opinion that it is not in the public interest to set aside or to refer back to the Commission for reconsideration and hearing by the Commission the said Decision CRTC 86-1185;Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Communications, pursuant to section 23 of the Broadcasting Act, hereby declines to set aside or to refer back to the Commission for reconsideration and hearing Decision CRTC 86-1185 of December 10, 1986.
