FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION ACTSpecification of Statutory Provisions (Treasury Board) OrderOrder Specifying the Provisions of Acts Respecting a Matter in Relation to which the Treasury Board is Authorized to Exercise the Powers of the Governor in CouncilSHORT TITLE

1.This Order may be cited as the Specification of Statutory Provisions (Treasury Board) Order.

SPECIFICATION

2.The Treasury Board is authorized to exercise the powers of the Governor in Council under the provisions specified in the schedule.

SCHEDULE(s. 2)

1.Subsection 8(1) and subsection 9(1) of the Canadian Wheat Board Act.

2.Subsection 11(3) of the Central Mortgage and Housing Corporation Act in relation to the establishment and operation of a pension fund under subsection 14(3) of that Act.
