EXPORT AND IMPORT PERMITS ACTExport of One Cent Bronze Coins PermitGeneral Export Permit No. Ex. 7SHORT TITLE

1.This Permit may be cited as the Export of One Cent Bronze Coins Permit.

GENERAL

2.Any person may, under the authority of this General Export Permit, export from Canada to any country, except Iran, one cent bronze coin of Canada having an aggregate face value not exceeding $1 or one cent bronze coin of Canada in uncirculated coin sets issued by the Royal Canadian Mint.

3.Where completion and validation of a customs entry form is required with respect to any goods that are exported under the authority of this General Export Permit, the form shall be endorsed “Exported under the authority of General Export Permit No. Ex. 7” or “Exporté en vertu de la Licence générale d’exportation n^o Ex. 7”.
